The same media influences that damaged schooling have continued that damage through "culture" influences where they glorify a style of speaking and behavior that used to be an embarrassment. Speaking and acting as though you're illiterate and uneducated is not something to be proud of, defend or justify. Granted there's a wide range of conditions a child may grow up in but that is something we should strive to fix rather than use as an excuse to justify it. It's a failure of the education system, and a symptom of just the kind of attitude you claim is "superior". Today's arrogantly superior notion of "tolerance" is nothing more than weakness. It's riddled with hypocrisy and compounds problems rather than fix anything. And it does so with violent anger which is even more damaging.
And as for your last comment:
"Go in peace, my child - for you, life must be terribly frustrating and people in general, terribly irritating.
And so my advice to you is Yo, chill bro!"
You b-slap him because you consider yourself vastly superior and then tell him to "go in peace"? And then boast about how you're the director of an H.R. department and he'd be terminated for doing what you just did to him in print? It appeared you were by far the more frustrated and irritated. You came across as very judgmental while condemning him for being judgmental.
Read your first sentence again... and again... and again.... until you understand what you wrote. Look in the mirror and repeat it until you understand who needs "fixing" first.

Doc - The orig OP was looking for help, not looking to be "
b-slapped" for his grammar. He then found himself on the receiving end of a diatribe (you call it "opinion") from there. That response opened the door for Tucker to be criticized.
How the original post lead to the comment about "speaking and acting as though you're illiterate", the failure of the education system, and my being superior, is well, puzzling.
Anyway, other posters have given some good advice about how to resolve his radio reception problem, and that’s what really matters. Not your or my opinions of what is right or wrong with people's attitudes.
Any way Peace - Maybe.
