Not for use in the Camaro and most vehicles, that is a Bluetooth amplifier for use with cell phones and other streaming music players.

Noise filters are like $9 (Walmart/Frys/Electronic Store/Lowes?), pick one up and use it only if needed, then return it if not.

There is zero modification required, the speakers drop straight into the OEM housing. I will personally rewire the tweeters, but it is not advised as you can easily damage them by frying the voice coils through heat. If your good with solder, go for it though it's not necessary as the OEM wiring "will work".
