I went through a similar decision back in November. You did not mention which caliber you are debating. Although from the choices I am thinking .223? I was looking at .308 and went with the POF. I got a POF Gen 4 .308 20" barrel NP3 coated upper lower and fore grip with NP3 coated bolt carrier group and trigger. Really Like the Nickel Boron coated firearms makes cleaning super easy. Also the research on the pof .308 showed it is a life time gun. Barrel lasts alot longer than the chrome lined versions of the past. I seen a testimony about a swat team in California maybe LA that ran 80k rounds through the gun and only had a buffer spring fail and still stay in MOA. That is crazy if you think about it at $1 a round.
Personally out of the 3 guns I feel POF is more reliable and accurate. The only drawback is the way they eject it distorts the brass and like some H&K's makes reloading a once and done affair.
