I actually spoke to the guys at Monster Clutch.

I'm going with the LTS-1
He recommended going with the stock weight flywheel (28lbs) also the 36" remote bleeder hose, also imho I'd do a new slave with their billet support, also a new pilot bearing.

I was also told that all the hardware is included with the kit.
