Sorry man, I completely forgot about posting the word doc. You probably want to have a look at this since they discuss how to remove the headrest anchors so you won't have to stretch the seat-back cover over them. They are easy to remove with a screw driver by slightly bending the tab. Also note that Harbor Freight has decent hog ring pliers here:
