I think you are right you just need the Operator.
I just dug out my tuning module and there are no instrustions in the box - not sure where they are. The front of the module says IPF tuning, the back says HCT, hardcore-tuning.com. If I go to that HCT web site I don't see anything there that will help either.
I have the IPF operator installer from 1/2016 on my PC still, and the application as well, but not finding anything that shows where you can download it from. It does show an email address and phone number for help with IPF tunes: Support@hardcore-tuning.com, phone 507-400-8863.

Thanks for your help my friend. I believe I have the operator up and running. All I see is a list of 10 tunes for my vehicle but none of them are right. I hope they remember that I ordered LOL
