I use the STRONG leather wallet, with the credit card holder, also there is a huge issue with this the wallet it is very fat and you cant really sit on it.
My agency issues two badges one for the belt and a smaller one for the wallet. We are not required to carry handcuffs while off duty just the creds, badge and weapon.
