I have owned many Escort detectors over the years. I purchased 2 max 360 detectors when they first came out. I was receiving many false alerts and would contact escort and the response has always been, we are working on fixing the problem. Continue to do the downloads and that will fix the problem. Well a year and a half later the problem is worse. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline and the detectors (Ihave the same problem with both) won't stop giving false alerts. Let's say approx. 45 alerts in a 13 mile period going to work, makes you want to throw it out the window. Finally Escort suggested that I send them back to be inspected. I should receive them today and will test this weekend. I hope they are fixed. I will report back my findings.I am currently using my old Passport Max. Works great, little to no false alerts.
