Well, sure, if you beat the crap out of your vinyl from years ago, "of course" it's shot. For those who didn't, the original vinyl has a sound to die for with a decent setup. You're listening to the media myth that they forced down your throat when pushing CD technology in the 80s. You bought into "perfect sound forever" garbage. Me, I used my ears and heard the vinyl beat CD every time.
