Thinking of buying these rims, Front: 20x9 5x120 +38mm; Rear 20x10.5 5x120 +40mm

I may go the staggered or do a square setup. Any thoughts as to offset, fit and tire sizes?

I do tend to drive on crappy NY roads, so I was thinking the 40 series vs. the 35 series tires.
