That'll get you like 3,000sqft 4br, 3ba, with a 2-3 car garage on about 1-2 acres here
A million will get you an ~8,000sqft house with 5-6br, 6-7ba, and 3-5 car garage on 3-4 acres. Sometimes more than that. That's the only upside to living here.
