Unfortunately they have a pressure sensor, not a switch so you can't just jump it to see if it's a control issue or fill issue. Best I can do for you from the internet is suggest you check the compressor clutch and your pressure sensor are both securely connected, verify the fuse is good, and maybe swap around the relay with another. Other than that you will need a tech2 to start diagnosis. If none of those are the issue I still suspect an under/overfill concern.
