Just rememeber E85 is going to take %30 or so more fuel volume. Whatever system you choose.

TT is right 1000 cc injectors will work but without knowing anymore about the other variables I KNOW 1300s would work. Now and when it starts to feel slow and you want something more.

I've learned one thing. You can change motors. Go nitrous, top mount blower, pro charger, turbo , whatever . You are going to need fuel and the more power , the more air and then the more fuel you will need. Just go big and get it over with so you don't have to reconstruct a fuel system 2 or 3 times.
