If the pump isn't working you will need to replace it. When not dragging or tracking, and w/o any severe mods, I have found my Z cools fine when driving. But then I'm in the north, and we have only a handful of 90' days. The hood extractor works as it should when driving. If you have severe mods, or are dragging the car, in FL heat you may want additional cooling.
I have a few mods. What kind of additional cooling?
