58x reluctor, LS2/3 timing chain cover and sensor, 4 node cam gear, drill and tap block for new style knock sensors.

If you have DoD, that has to go because there is no way to get oil to it with a gen III block.

I know they make a box to go from 58x reluctor to a 24x ECU without changing the reluctor, but not sure they make one to go from 24x reluctor to 58x ECU.

Someone probably makes a pretty plug to fill the cam sensor hole in the back of the LQ9 block or you could plug it with the old cam sensor.
