They are vinyl. Up close, you can see how it's dark and then it fades out to like almost a dot-matrix type look. The fade only goes about halfway across the decal, instead of all the way like the other faded ones (I had the same ones as the SIM on page 1). So up close you can really tell, but take 2 steps back and they look
