I know this has probably been asked before, but I wanted to get fresh answers to this question.

What, in your experience, is the best way to remove vinyl stripes from the Camaro?

Someone in one of my earlier threads mentioned using a heat gun, but that makes me nervous as if I use too much heat I may damage the paint. Someone else mentioned using a 3M Eraser Wheel, but from what I can see that is used to clean up the adhesive once the stripe is off.

There are also some vinyl stripe remover compounds that spray on, but again I don't know how they would affect the paint.
