Well, you're in the wrong place man. This sites for gen 5 camaros- 2010- 2015. But, try running some sea foam through the throttle body to clean things up. You can see how to do this on youtube. If that doesn't work try googling about your model year and the electric choke. If it runs fine once warmed up it's bound to be something with the choke.
