Bingo... once temps are up, that's it. I don't see a big benefit except starting the flow sooner. Once it's hot, it's hot!

Bigger radiators etc make a difference and having coolers for each specific fluid; oil, trans, ps, hx, intercoolers, [I'm supercharged), diff, coolant mix, etc reduce the work the bigger radiator has to do...
