I just have a few points to make.
- Lemon laws are for NEW cars only in most states.
- Mods only not "worth it" to people who care about resale value.
- Making this deal was a very stupid thing to do and I hope you learned a valuable lesson here.
- Making promises you can't keep in a business deal makes you a douche. Keep your word.
- Since you can't squirt the milk back in the cow, the best course of action from this point is to put your stock parts back on and tell the dealer to re-flash the ECU. It takes minutes and they are better equipped to do this than you are. Then you can cut your losses and enjoy your new car a little wiser than you were yesterday.
