I'm guessing they don't mention it due to the confusion it would cause (this thread being an example). When people hear "bluetooth" they automatically think "talking on cellphone" when bluetooth is much more broad than just that. Everyone would think that it allows you to use the car stereo for hands free calling which it will not. It's entirely possible but I do not see them providing a different PDIM module that does not include the bluetooth chip (which supports A2DP only).
I still dont see where the bluetooth comes in for the audio, I understand the phone part.
but if you have a usb plug in for audio why would you need bluetooth for music transmission?
