How about a bike
I always loved riding a bike, a pedal bike, so liberating.
While in college for engineering, I neither had the money or the time for a car.
I rode my bike. My current wife of 48 years thought I was a geek on it.
She was right, but we had a date, and when she nicely said to me, 'so you're a geek'.
I replied 'when you fly in the sky the turbine engines that keep you up there, would you rather have them designed by a geek engineer or someone else?'
(I am now a retired aerospace engineer.)
I see your point she said, the rest is history.
By the way she loves dogs and cars, but our family is the only thing she really lives for.
There are lots of wonderful women out there and they want sincerity, caring, and a guy they are physically attracted to. The last item you can't change but the first two, will get you the right woman.
