those lines honestly look way too random for vandalism or meter maids..ive had similar marks like that..i believe you just ran over something that bounced around your rim like that..aluminum or chrome polish usually takes that stuff right off..looks like some new pavement has bounced around and left some really light lines of tar on it resembling a marker..i guarantee its something you ran over or something that just bounced around on that wheel that done that and not vandals..like i said the lines are just too unorganized and random..vandals will put curse words or pictures, not some meaningless lines..unless there are some picstures and i just dont see them. but ive had those same lines before too..dont know where they came from but theyve been there before a few times.
