That is never going to happen. I'm a loan officer at a bank by trade, here is how it's going to break down:
$30K sticker + TTL, no down payment = $662.15 for 60 months
$30K sticker + TTL, no down payment = $571.96 for 72 months
$30K sticker + TTL, $5K down payment = $561.37 for 60 months
$30K sticker + TTL, $5K down payment = $484.90 for 72 months
I'm think pricing wil be more around $32K for a nicely equipped Camaro, no money down:
$610.79 for 72 mo
$706.29 for 60 mo
For $400 a month you'll need the camaro to sticker as you want it for no more than $30K and put down almost $13K for 60 months and that puts you at $403.30 a month.
Plus a ZL1 would be a more limited number car like the Shelby Mustang is, figure $45K and you know the dealer
WILL mark that car up easily $10K-$20K so say $55K for 72 months=$1048.60
Anyone that thinks Chevy will sell a 500hp Camaro for under $40K and the dealer not mark that up at least $10K I would like to place a wager right now, I need to add to my down payment, and I will. Just look at the Shelby Mustang....the same deal......Any takers???
