My concern is the mishimoto has an internal trans cooler which makes it difficult to get enough capacity out of it. Flexalite is definitely thicker and has no internal trans cooler. Some consider that a pro or a con, it all depends on capacity needed and packaging for a second external cooler. For the auto guys with stalls it's definitely not enough in the mishimoto. It's a good budget option but depends on your desired end state.
