Now, the Fair part itself I know all about all too well... haha. But tell us first-timers more about the show stuff.

1) All participating vehicles must be in place before 9:00 am and remain until after 6:30 pm. No vehicles will be allowed out of the gates before this time.
***We stay for the whole day.....no one gets blocked in (remember you and everyone in your car/tow vehicle get into the fair FREE, so go enjoy the day!!!)
2) Under no circumstances shall a vehicle be started or driven between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm. The Fire Marshall can write a $600 ticket for non-compliance.
***This is so we don't have to disconnect our battery cables......just keep yer keys in yer pocket, darlin'!!
3) The corral gates shall remain CLOSED to the general public. Only Vehicle Owners will be allowed inside the corrals. Any other persons entering the corrals MUST be accompanied by the Vehicle Owner AT ALL TIMES.
***Joe Schmoe and his 14 kids do not get to "try out" our cars like they do in the AutoBuilding…horrors!!!
You can sit next to your car all day long if you so wish.
sometime throughout the day we will need volunteers for
1) Parkers: Two people from each club to help park cars in the two Corrals. These people will need to arrive at 7:30 am on the day of the show.
2) Rottweilers: Two people for EACH 1-hour shift (10:00 am - 6:00 pm) to watch the gates to keep the general public from entering the corrals. Please pick your meanest, raunchiest, scariest-looking members for these shifts. (I am not kidding.....!!)
3) Club Tent/Booth/Display: We want to have the three club displays set up next to each other outside the corrals so that people can get more information, buy t-shirts, etc. These booths need to be manned by your own club members at all times (one person can’t manage 2 or 3 displays at one time and something might get stolen)
