I agree, 'ring times were never that big of a deal until the GT-R team made them a big deal, and the GT-R is (as far as I remember) labled as an affordable, every day,
SUPER CAR, so yes, it can run the ring in 7:29, but it will take 70k+ to get one.
I personally am THRILLED that the SS can run the ring in 8:20.
But honestly, the ring BS needs to stop.
