So I got a supplier discount code from a friend but the dealer told me that no one is accepting those. I figured that might be the case so I wasn't too worried about it. I also have USAA, so I was expecting to at least get that discount of $750. But then when I went in to pick up my car the dealer told me that they aren't honoring that either. They led me to believe that no dealers were. But after reading on here I see that a bunch of people got both discounts.

So my question is: Do dealerships have the authority to decide what discounts they honor, or did they lie to me and screw me out of like $1,750?

Also, if any of you got either of these discounts will you please tell me what dealship you got them at?
