Good and bad news..


Bad news is Rotrex said the damage was 100% from not being properly primed with oil. They said there was no oil inside and it overheated and caused it to seize.

They are not covering the replacement because it was shown to be user error that caused it to seize up.

Good news is I spoke with Kraftwerks and myself and Kraftwerks will split the cost on a replacement supercharger and send you one for free. In order to do this the chargeback will have to be cancelled and I will have to receive the funds before a replacement will be shipped out.

I will also need a signed disclaimer that you will either take it to a professional to install it or waive the right to a replacement if the same things happens again due to improper installation.
