If you are wanting to know if there is an issue with running both the answer is no. You can run both meth & e85 no problem.
Most people ditch meth when they go e85, but you do not have to. Either way I would suggest you discuss your plans with your tuner. Ultimately, you have to do what they are comfortable with tuning or find a different tuner.
I am running 93+meth on my TT setup and I ran it previously on my ECS setup. I have plans to go flex fuel and still run my meth. I assume I will need less meth with e85 (lower setting), but I plan to still take advantage of lowering IAT with meth especially in the summer.
