When you pick up your car you will be asked to sign a note (my dealer did this) that says the dealer 'made you no promises.' I suggest that you don't sign this since you had a representative promise you something that you didn't get. ALSO they are very passionate about their survey, which you also will get after picking up your car. My dealer said that if I didn't pick 'completely satisfied' that anything else was failure for them.......and I had at least 4 guys tell me this so there must be something to it. Anyhoo my point is that you may not have been given the rebates you expected, but you sure can say your piece through service feedback, see?
