You're not missing anything. The Blu-tooth in this thing SUCKS. I mean you can hear great. The people who need to hear YOU have a hard time. Kinda sucks but no real biggie to me. Get an ear piece and know your better off.

My bluetooth work AWESOME....that's why I suggest that you might want to check and make sure your microphone is still in place. It's just a little snap that could come loose then the mic could slide out of place and be causing your issue.

I found the mic when I was doing my hardwire for the radar detector...it would be a 10 minute check.
