Always pin the crank, I am in the middle of my procharger build right now but its not my first either. The power is all going to depend on how much boost you intend on running, you will probably be around 520ish without a cam ...... but I don't know very much about the blower but ECS has a good rep for what they do. I am pretty sure you can google pinning the crank, its pretty easy, alot easier if you have a 90 degree drill. Search the DIY or Youtube.
