Again, different owners have different preferences. If I could only buy one car, and spent a lot of time on the highway or drive family\clients around frequently, the Challenger is the way to go vs. cramming everyone into a Camaro. That, price, and personal preference are often the deciding factor, not .01 of a second at the end of a 1/4 mile.
If you don't have alot of space requirements, or are looking for a fast second car to mod and enjoy, the Camaro makes alot is sense and is a good choice.
If you are looking for a collectible car, The SRT8 has a greater chance of being unique and collectible based on low production volume <10K per year.
