You think there would be much weight difference between the painted 18" wheels and B F Goodrich tires and the 19" polished aluminum wheels with Pirelli P Zero tires. I figure it would have to be less than the 40 lbs difference than with the 18" painted wheels and heritage wheels. I know the individual car drivetrain can easily make up the difference of a few hundred pounds difference in weight of two similar cars. There are just so many variables. Even the NASCAR drivers comment on having just a few cars that are better than the rest in their stable and they go to extreme measures to get the cars built the same. Weight is definitely a factor in a cars performance but the 2010 V-6 Camaro sure fills a niche with better performance than a V-6 Mustang or V-6 Challenger. The better fuel economy and the great looks with the pricing will only help the sales.
