Yeah no doubt I was just referring to the anecdotes on this forum. I expect it to be more along the lines of your first hand experience which is why I noted it as a funny thing not what would be expected..... The oil pump thing has happened a fair number of times on here but I realize that is a small portion of actual engine sampling statistics.
