I have been getting a lot of questions on offsets and it seems that factual ZL1 wheel offsets and hard to find.

Stock OEM ZL1 wheels are 20x10 front with a 23mm offset, 20x11 rear with a 43 mm offset. These figures are from the stampings on the wheels and are factual.

The CCW fronts are 20x10 with 32mm offset which is 9mm in from the fender without the spacer. This 32 mm offset is intentional as John Pruner really knows his wheels at CCW and built in this option.

The stock Goodyear ZL1 tire has a very rounded over shoulder to tread transition. The stock ZL1 Goodyear while being grippy is also a noisy and harsh riding tire. Changing to a Michelin or Nitto with a square shoulder to tread transition will move the aggressive looking ZL1 front to a 4x4 sticking out of the fender look. The 32mm CCW handles the square shoulder elegantly. With the 32mm front CCW you can also run a 275x40 tire for more fender filling diameter and a very nice ride.

With the included hub-centric spacer you have ZL1 offsets. Without the spacer you have many options. Longer OEM front wheel studs and hub-centric spacers are included with the wheels so you can set them up as you prefer.

The rear CCW is 20x11 with a 46mm offset so it is 3mm in from a OEM ZL1 wheel, really negligible but it adds a touch of room to run a 315 tire without fender clearance issues.

Hope this information helps, CCW owner John Pruner is the guru of wheel fitment and design and provides subtle functional enhancements to each wheel design he specific engineers for a vehicle.
