I just re-read my post, and my wording in the last paragraph is kinda confusing.
What I meant is that it should be pretty difficult to fool/trick/deceive a camera based 'attention monitor' into thinking that you are focused on the road when you really aren't. This is good, it should be hard to cheat the system.
