Did you check and see if there was oil in the plug hole ? That will and can cause a misfire. It comes from a leaking o-ring in the valve cover . When I changed all my plugs some had a small amount but I have heard of some leaking badly enough to cause a misfire . Just a thought , pull the coil off and look down in the hole to see .
