I get three normal blinks, then hyper flash, and I don't care. I live with the warnings.
I will not use load resisters. I use LEDs for the energy saving benefits. Load resisters
put the current draw back up to incandescent levels, so what's the point...
There is no FEED BACK of voltage. The BCM does not see the proper load on the
circuit, so it thinks the bulb is out. Feed back suggest current flow in the opposite
direction, and that does not happen, even with incandescent bulbs. It's just
a current sensing thing.
LEDs that say "Can Bus" just have load resisters built in. There is NO actual
communications from the bulbs to the BCM, LED or otherwise. The CAN BUS
monitors the output current to the bulbs through the BCM, and when too low,
or none at all, it sets the warning.
