These guys are pointing you in a good direction - you've gotta do some logging. 103mph is ridiculously low - my stock '96 Z28 would trap those kind speeds with half the horsepower. It picks up pretty good as it cools, so again they are right on point with heat-soak. You're confident in your fuel not being garbage, right?
