Something like the one SlowwSS came up with would be great for either one also.... Just change up the name, when one is decided on! It is really all depending on how detailed you want to go with it.... I know a screen printer and I can ask him around what he would charge for either one to do up also!
Also I know someone who could do the logos (decals) and check also! And compare prices... Let me know
