So the whole release happened today! There will be ONLY a TOTAL OF 50 ZL1 2017 of all types (vert, coupe, A10, M6 ) for the entire 2017 Model year!! Yikes!!
All dealers have been contacted and if they haven't they are not one of the 50 with the Golden Ticket!!

The Camaro ZL1 is coming to Canada in the Spring of 2017 and by now, you're no doubt getting inquiries from customers about timing, pricing, and production volumes. Here are a few key facts for you to be aware of as we get set to unleash this beast into the Canadian market.
Production Timing:
ZL1 production for Canada will begin in time for the spring market, with the first units expected to arrive in the March/April Time Frame.
ZL1 comes with performance summer-only tires that below certain temperatures may have a risk of damage; therefore, shipping will only commence when it's appropriate to do so.
Distribution:
Camaro ZL1 will be produced in extremely limited quantities for Canada. We estimate that a total of 50 coupes and convertibles will be produced in the 2017 Model Year.
Your District Manager will advise you if you are receiving allocation the week of November 21st.
We will do our best to accommodate whether or not you prefer a coupe or convertible, but availability may dictate which model you receive.
At this time, we do not expect to have availability beyond these allocation quantities. Dealers who are not advised by their District Manager should not expect to receive one.
Allocation will be based on Camaro dealership historical retail sales.
Ordering will be available in OWB the week of November 21st.
Pricing:
Pricing has been announced for ZL1. The Coupe starts at an MSRP of $69,200 plus DFC & A/C Tax, and the Convertible starts at an MSRP of $75,655 plus DFC & A/C Tax. Full Price Schedule for the Camaro can be found HERE.
Performance:
Camaro ZL1 is built to challenge the world's best sports cars. Its 6.2L engine produces 650 HP and rockets from 0-60 in just 3.5 seconds. In fact, it beat the previous gen's lap time around the Nürburgring by nearly 12 seconds – check out the full press release HERE.

I was lucky enough to be one of the 50....
I can't believe for the life of me how limited availability these cars are going to be when a little bird said no limits and we will build as many as we can sell. Wow.
This may become a huge collector car up here in the Great White North. 1 of 50 2017's. Wow!!
