Sizing question

Bought a set of SS wheels for the winter and threw blizzaks on them. 245/50r20 in the front and 275/40r20 in the back. It appears the front are rubbing the strut, and now my stability control light comes on every now and then due to the difference In sidewall. I thought difference would be small enough to get by but I guess not.

The 245/45R20 I can't get for anything less than like 300 a tire, but, I can pick up another set of tires that are 245/40r20 for pretty cheap. No doubt this would probably fix my strut issue (i hope), and maybe since it's only a difference of 5 in sidewall compared to the rears, stabilitrak won't go batshit.

What's everyone's thoughts on this? Should I go for the other tires, or try and do something to make the ones I have already work?
