Yes sir! I'll be able to do 8 briskets at one time.

This will be for one type of meat on each smoke.
Ok Here goes,
8 briskets
9 racks of ribs
12 pork roasts (boston butt or picnic)
32 chicken halves
100 chicken thighs
100 chicken legs
4 turkeys, (split in half)
24 turkey legs
30 turkey thighs
And this is just the smallest smoker they have...If I get the large one I could triple those numbers.
