I can't seem to convince anyone from the dealer to the customer assistance that this is a problem that is fixable with the right software. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks....
Maybe the problem is in the wording? I would call them back and clarify that what you're looking for is a software update. To them an "upgrade" probably implies new hardware with new features.
