+1 pretty much everything you have in CA, you got here with the exception of the ocean.

We have taxes here too, but the level of insanity hasn't hit the same as CA... yet. Conifer is nice, but you'll pay to live there for that scenery. Employment opportunities, and housing will be on the short list.

Everybody and their uncle is moving here... and it shows now with traffic, housing prices, and very low unemployment rates.
