The max size for the Gmax is 275, not sure how that tire will fit on a 10. I have them and love them but another tire you could look into is the Conti DWS which range all the way up to 315 (the one's I'm swapping to for my new wheels)
Not sure on offset though that is one area that I lack knowledge big time
