Trade a new car (albeit a lesser V6) for an 11 year old Z06 Vette? Get real. As others have said, no warranty and financing an 11 year old car could be trouble. It sounds as if you're bored with the V6 and just want something "new". This isn't a good idea. Do the right thing and save your money for when you can trade for a newer car.
