Mine seems like you have to warm it up first. Then it does it pretty regular. Most commonly about 60 MPH at about 1500 RPM.

Btw, they did the single flush and I got it back this morning. It definitely fixed the problem for now. Now I’m just hoping it will stay that way until the Q1 2019 fix.

UPDATE: It worked properly for a day and has come back in full force since.
